Easiest Ever Cinnamon Butter Croissants

These gooey and delicious cinnamon butter croissants are such an easy, yet decadent treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
  • 4 tablespoons butter softened
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar

Glaze:

  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and lining your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Grab your thawed puff pastry and lay it out flat on wax paper or parchment paper that it came rolled up in.
  • Next, using a pizza cutter or knife, divide your dough is half.
  • Then take each half and divide them into three triangular portions. The two triangles in the middle will be larger than the others, so cut those in half lengthwise for a total of 8 triangular dough pieces.
  • Mix your softened butter, cinnamon, and sugar in small bowl and spread the mixture on each triangular piece of dough.
  • Now, starting at the widest end of your triangle piece begin to roll it up into the shape of a croissant.
  • Place your rolled up dough on the parchment paper lined baking sheet, spaced a few inches apart.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

For the Glaze

  • Mix up the glaze by combining the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk.
  • Let the croissants cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a serving platter.
  • Then, drizzle with glaze to create a beautiful and scrumptious treat!
